IMPACT — Explore the six linked elements

01. Intent

What is the intent behind my effort?

Purpose gives my effort meaning. Intent directs my energy. Together, they help me rise above challenges.

What Is Driving You?

Know why I act and contribute meaningfully.

Three Players, One You

Recognise whether comfort, recognition or meaningful contribution is driving my next action.

Why You Do What You Do

My reason for taking action shapes how I respond.

Purpose-driven intent

I act with clarity to deliver my best performance in alignment with the overall company objective, considering others’ interests as well as my own.

Clear intent. Purposeful effort. Consistent practice.
02. Mastery

From Raw to Refined

Like metal shaped by heat, I grow through the challenges I face and learn from.

Raw Potential

I have ability waiting to be developed.

Fired by Intention

I choose to engage with challenges and develop my ability.

Refined for a Purpose

I develop my ability to contribute more meaningfully.

Potential needs practice. Purpose gives growth meaning.

In practice

When a deadline is brought forward, I assess my strengths and gaps, seek feedback, practise what needs improvement, apply my learning and support colleagues to deliver together.

03. Purposeful action

Stop Reflecting, Start Radiating

Don’t live in reflection. Let what is within you radiate through action.

Mind — Reflection & Insight

My mind reflects, examines and questions to bring clarity.

Soul — Purpose & Energy

My inner source gives direction and energy.

Body — Action & Manifestation

I turn intent into action and make it visible.

Know what matters. Reflect. Turn intent into action. Make it visible.

04. Attention

The Present Is Your Only Power

The past offers lessons. The future gives direction. The present is the only moment in which I can choose and act.

The Present Is Your Only Power

Release regret, give full attention and turn possibilities into reality now.

The Focus Formula

Purpose tells me what deserves my focus. I reduce mental noise and choose what I see, hear and say.

The Awareness Edge

Develop awareness of my thinking, other people’s needs and intent, and the wider purpose and collective good.

My practice

Choose my priority. Protect my attention. Return when distracted. Sustain attention long enough to understand, then use the learning appropriately in my work.

05. Communication and relationships

My words, how I say them and how I show up shape my brand.

Your Words Are Your Brand

Choose words with care. My tone and energy give meaning to my words. My expressions and presence reinforce what I say.

Your Real Currency

See good and ignore the wrong. Hear with compassion, not curiosity. Speak to uplift and appreciate.

From Contacts to Real Connections

Move from knowing people to understanding and caring for them. Listen, invest time, provide opportunities and stand by people.

Deeper relationships are built by developing all 8 factors, which together create 36 human gunas.

Speak with intention. It shapes your opportunities.
06. Trust

The Trust Carat — Purity builds lasting trust.

Attainable Gold — More than 23 Carat

What I show is real and genuine. My intent and effort are aligned. People trust my results and continue to rely on me.

Adaptable Gold — 19 to 22 Carat

Some adjustments are made to suit the situation. People accept results but may seek more validation.

Artificial Gold — Below 18 Carat

It looks genuine at first, but its purity is lower. Over time, reality is exposed and credibility is damaged.

In the long run, only real purity of intent builds durable results and lasting trust.

GUIDES
What principle guides me here? Understand the principle. Recognise where it is relevant. Apply it to judgement and actions. Learn from the result.

Six areas strengthened by applying principles

01. Grounded Judgement

Wrong thinking is the only problem in life.

How I think shapes how I understand a situation. Assumptions and blame can make a difficult situation harder.

Check facts

Check facts before acting on first impressions or AI suggestions.

Question assumptions

Separate assumptions from what is actually known.

Choose a useful response

Better thinking helps me respond to a real difficulty.

Guiding principle: Right knowledge is the ultimate solution to all our problems.

02. Understanding Others

Something worth respecting in every person – look for it.

Every person deserves basic respect, regardless of role, background or disagreement. A mistake or difference does not define the whole person.

Look beyond first impressions

Recognise strengths, effort or experience that may have been overlooked.

Maintain fair standards

Assess behaviour fairly and remain clear about expectations.

Workplace example: A repeated error

A junior colleague repeats an error in a client report. Speak privately, explain the impact, ask what happened and agree on correction and prevention.

03. Integrity

Being good is a reward in itself.

Doing what is right has value, even without praise or personal gain. Being honest, fair and considerate strengthens self-respect.

Honesty over appearances

Share the real status, even when the news is uncomfortable.

Care despite urgency

Keep essential checks and treat colleagues with respect.

Action without praise

Take the next responsible step even when effort goes unnoticed.

Right over pleasant

Choose honesty and integrity over immediate comfort or approval.

Workplace example: Performing under pressure

Share the real status, maintain essential checks and focus on doing the work well, even when recognition is uncertain.

04. Engaged Learning

Live what you learn.

Knowledge is useful when applied. Learning about kindness means practising it.

Use relevant learning

Ask what I have learned that can help here.

Choose my next step

Apply what I know in the current situation.

Test and adapt

Adjust as new information emerges.

Keep learning

Practise what you know to inspire others and grow.

Supporting principle: Never Give Up on Yourself. Regain focus, change the approach and follow through.

05. Direction

Keep your attention on what truly matters.

Focus on meaningful priorities and lasting value amid distractions and competing demands.

Prioritise

Focus on the few factors that really decide the outcome.

Make timely decisions

Prioritise essential facts and risks instead of getting lost in unnecessary details.

Value what is real

Stop chasing what only looks good and hold on to what is real.

Workplace example: Timely Decision Making

Cut through the noise, prioritise essential facts and risks, and make a decision in time with clarity and confidence.

06. Stillness

Pause each day to go beyond your thoughts.

Connecting with higher consciousness daily helps us access guidance, wisdom and strength. Take time to quiet the mind, listen within and align with your true nature.

Quiet the mind

Step away from daily activity and allow mental chatter to settle.

Listen within

Create space to connect with higher consciousness and listen for inner guidance.

Align myself

Reflect on whether intentions and actions express my true nature.

REFINE – Work with focus and clarity
What within me is affecting how I see and respond? I strengthen my inner state and work on bias, conditioning and overthinking so I can respond with greater clarity. I build it by noticing my inner reactions, examining my assumptions and recurring thoughts, and practising a more constructive response.

REFINE – Six linked elements that strengthen how I work

Reflection

Notice what is happening within me before choosing what happens next.

I notice my thoughts, feelings and reactions. I recognise when past experiences colour my view, and separate what is happening from what I am feeling.

In practice

When an idea is rejected, I notice my first reaction, question the assumption that my work is not valued, and identify what I can learn or improve.

Linked element: Inner Awareness and Rewire – Metacognition.

Empathy

Listen deeply. Understand their world. Respond with care.

I try to understand another person’s experience and let that understanding guide my response. I give my full attention, consider their perspective, ask questions, check my understanding and adapt my words and approach.

In practice

When a colleague sends an incomplete handover, I listen to what made it difficult, check what I have understood and agree on a useful next step instead of immediately assigning blame.

Linked element: Perspective.

Fulfilment

Enjoyment, satisfaction and purpose strengthen me from within.

I find enjoyment by being present and connected with people around me. I recognise that effort, integrity and perseverance give achievement its meaning, while purpose gives me direction.

Enjoyment

Be present and connected with the people around me.

Satisfaction

Recognise the value of effort, integrity and perseverance.

Purpose

Find meaning and direction in what I contribute.

Linked element: Happiness Blueprint.

Integrity

Align what I think, say and do.

I am truthful with myself and others. My words and actions reflect my real intentions. I notice biases, excuses and gaps in my behaviour, acknowledge them and work to correct them.

In practice

I share accurate information without hiding or exaggerating, acknowledge mistakes, give credit fairly, keep commitments and take responsibility when something goes wrong.

Linked element: Honesty and Intent.

New possibilities

See the possibilities beyond existing assumptions and boundaries.

My past experience and conditioning can make a familiar way seem like the only way. I recognise my boundaries, open my perspective and imagine another possibility.

Recognise my boundary

What have I accepted as “the only way”?

Open my perspective

Is this a real limitation, or something I have learned to assume?

Imagine another possibility

What else could work if I changed that assumption?

Linked element: Understand and Reimagine.

Effective response

Align your thinking and attention with what you seek to create.

I work on my feelings, thoughts, beliefs and actions so that inner noise interferes less with my response.

F – Feelings

Acknowledge the emotion without letting it decide my response.

T – Thoughts

Examine repetitive worry and check my assumptions.

B – Beliefs

Question limiting beliefs and build a realistic, constructive view.

A – Actions

Take a useful next step that supports the response I want to build.

I then shift unhelpful thinking, practise a new response and manifest my intention through purposeful action.

Linked elements: Tune, Shift and Manifest.

REFINE is the six-part framework shown in the Work Refine slides: Reflection, Empathy, Fulfilment, Integrity, New possibilities and Effective response.
